Once complete, you will have the option to implement the Concept on your own, or hire us to complete its’ installation.

Not local to the LA area? No problem! With just a few pictures, dimensions and some information on your personal style, we’ll create a Design Concept board with a corresponding shopping list to get you on your way to updating your home like a Pro.

Renovations can be a full time job. Allow us to lighten your load. We will narrow down those seemingly endless finish options, produce preliminary CAD and 3-D drawings to ensure clear communication of your vision to your contractor, and can even oversee scheduling and progress of your subcontractors.

Design Concept Fees are flat rate per room, and are dependent on square footage and complexity of the project.

A Service Fee of 20% of the overall budget is applied to Design Concept Implementation
